Routine cleaning
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made — the things that come back no matter how tidy you are. Most Yorkville clients settle on bi-weekly.

Yorkville clients are mostly professionals with demanding jobs and not much interest in spending downtime on housework — plus a smaller, growing group in the heritage rowhouses off Hazelton and Scollard who want the character of an old house kept up without doing it themselves.
I travel for work three weeks a month. I needed a team I didn't have to manage.
For condos, that usually means a tight, efficient routine visit: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, the things that pile up fast in a smaller space. For the rowhouses, there's more square footage and older finishes to be careful with.
Building access varies a lot here — concierge sign-in, key fobs, specific elevator hours — so we confirm exactly how your building works before the first visit and follow it every time after.
Whichever you book, it's the same people, the same checklist and the same guarantee. If you're not sure which fits, tell us what's going on and we'll say what we actually think.

We bought one of the older rowhouses near Hazelton and were worried about finding cleaners who'd treat the original floors and woodwork properly. They have, every single visit.
Small condo, big schedule. They're in and out in under an hour and it looks like a hotel room when they leave. Exactly what I needed.
Tell us about your place and one of us will call you back to talk it through and price it properly — usually the same day. No contract, and $50 off your first clean.
If you're nearby but not listed, call us — we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
Yes — tell us how your building handles access (concierge, fob, buzzer) when you book and we'll follow that exact process every visit, including any sign-in requirements.
Yes. Several of our regular Yorkville clients are in the heritage rowhouses around Hazelton and Scollard, and we handle original hardwood and older finishes with the same care we use everywhere else.
It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. We quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator — a few questions about your place, then a real number, usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean.
Most of our clients aren't. Leave a key or an access code and we'll store it securely and follow your instructions exactly. You'll get a message when the team arrives and a summary when they're done.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. No form, no argument about whether it counts.
