Routine cleaning
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made — the things that come back no matter how tidy you are. Most Riverdale clients settle on bi-weekly.

Riverdale is full of narrow three-storey Victorians and Edwardians, many recently renovated with the kind of finishes — refinished hardwood, exposed brick, original trim — that need to be cleaned carefully, not just quickly.
We spent two years renovating this house — we weren't about to let it go downhill from neglect.
The layout matters too: three flights of stairs and a basement mean more square footage to cover than the footprint suggests. A routine visit here usually runs a bit longer than a bungalow of the same size would, and we build that into your schedule from the start.
A lot of clients here are young professionals or families who did the renovation themselves and are protective of the result — we treat every surface with that in mind.
Whichever you book, it's the same people, the same checklist and the same guarantee. If you're not sure which fits, tell us what's going on and we'll say what we actually think.

Three storeys is a lot to keep on top of alone. Bi-weekly cleaning means I actually get to enjoy the house instead of constantly maintaining it.
They were upfront that a narrow three-storey house takes longer than a typical booking estimate, and priced it fairly instead of rushing through it. Appreciated the honesty.

It's priced by the actual size and layout of your home during the quote call, not a flat per-house rate, so a narrow three-storey house is quoted fairly rather than guessed at.
Yes. Tell us what was recently redone and we'll treat it accordingly — the right products and the right amount of care, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. We quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator — a few questions about your place, then a real number, usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean.
Most of our clients aren't. Leave a key or an access code and we'll store it securely and follow your instructions exactly. You'll get a message when the team arrives and a summary when they're done.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. No form, no argument about whether it counts.
