How it works

Three steps, and one short phone call.

We quote over the phone instead of using an online calculator, because a two-bedroom with a dog and three kids and a two-bedroom that's barely lived in are not the same job. It's a conversation about your home, not a pitch.

01

We have a quick chat

Leave your details or call us and we'll find a few minutes to talk. We'll ask about the size of your place, how many bathrooms, whether there are pets, and what's been bothering you most — so we're pricing your actual home.

02

You get a quote that fits

Because we've talked it through, the number reflects your home rather than an average of everyone else's. If a smaller service would do the job, we'll tell you. And if it isn't right for you, that's the end of it — we won't keep calling.

03

Your team gets to know your home

After a visit or two they'll know where the vacuum lives, which room needs the extra fifteen minutes, and that the good glasses don't go in the dishwasher.

What people say

5.0 on Google, and we read every one of them

Reviews are the only reason a small cleaning company gets to keep growing, so we take them seriously — including the ones that tell us we got something wrong.

What we do

Three kinds of clean. Most people need one of them.

If you're not sure which one fits, just say what's going on and we'll tell you honestly — including when the cheaper option is the right one.

Routine cleaning

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made — the things that come back no matter how tidy you are. Most of our clients settle on bi-weekly and then stop thinking about it entirely.

Best for: households where cleaning is the thing that keeps getting pushed to Sunday.

Deep cleaning

The first clean, or the one you book when things have gotten away from you. Baseboards, inside the microwave, the oven drawer, door frames, window sills, shower door tracks, A/C vents, the cobwebs in the corner you stopped noticing two years ago.

Best for: first cleans, spring resets, and after the renovation dust settles.

Move-in & move-out cleaning

The clean that's built around the walk-through. Inside cabinets and drawers, window tracks, blinds, walls. Landlords and property managers look at specific things when they're deciding about your deposit, and we know what those things are.

Best for: tenants getting a deposit back, sellers staging, landlords between tenants.

A note from the owners

There's no call centre. It's us.

When you call MyCleanHaven, you get one of us — Ty or Christina. Someone who knows the schedule, knows the team, and can tell you straight away whether we can fit you in on Thursday. That's the whole system.

We started this in 2024 because we kept hearing the same story from people around us: they'd hire a cleaning service, the first visit would be great, and then it would quietly get worse. Different people each time. Twenty minutes shorter each visit. Nobody to call about it.

So we built the opposite. You get a consistent team, they follow the same checklist every visit whether or not anyone's watching, and they're paid and insured properly so they stay with us long enough to learn your home.

We're not the cheapest cleaners in Toronto and we won't pretend otherwise. What we will promise is that if we miss something, you tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it. No forms, no argument.

The checklist

What gets done on a standard visit

This is the actual list your team works through — not a marketing summary of it. A deep clean adds everything that doesn't need doing every fortnight.

Kitchen

  • Stovetop, degreased
  • Inside the microwave
  • Cabinet fronts and handles
  • Fridge exterior
  • Sink scrubbed and taps polished
  • Light fixtures dusted
  • Bins emptied and relined

Bathrooms

  • Shower and tub scrubbed
  • Glass doors, water marks and all
  • Toilet, inside and out
  • Vanity and counters
  • Mirrors, streak-free
  • Baseboards wiped
  • Floors washed by hand at the edges

Every other room

  • Surfaces tidied and dusted
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Beds made
  • Furniture vacuumed, cushions included
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Bins emptied

Something on this list that doesn't matter to you? Tell us and we'll spend that time somewhere it does. It's your home, not our template.

Questions people actually ask

Before you book

How much does it cost? +

It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. A one-bedroom condo on a bi-weekly schedule and a four-bedroom house that hasn't had a deep clean in two years are very different jobs, and any company that quotes you both the same isn't looking properly.

That's why we quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator. We'll ask a few questions about your place, work out what you actually need, and give you a number — usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean. The quote itself costs nothing, and if it isn't right for you nobody will chase you afterward.

Are you the cheapest cleaners in Toronto? +

No, and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've booked. We pay our cleaners properly, we carry full insurance and WSIB, and we give each home enough time to finish the checklist instead of racing to the next job.

If price is the only thing that matters, there are cheaper options out there. If you've tried a few of them and something always gets missed, that's usually when people call us.

Do I have to sign a contract? +

No. No contract, no minimum number of visits, no cancellation fee. Book once and see what you think. If you want us back, tell us and we'll set up a schedule. If you don't, that's genuinely fine — we'd rather earn the next visit than lock you into it.

Who's actually coming into my home? +

The same small team each visit, so you're not letting strangers in every couple of weeks. Everyone has passed a background check before their first day, and we carry full liability insurance and WSIB coverage.

If your regular team is ever off sick, we'll tell you before we arrive rather than surprising you at the door.

Do I need to be home? +

Most of our clients aren't. Some leave a key or a lockbox code, some give us a buzz code, and some are home working in the other room. Whatever you're comfortable with works for us — just tell us how you'd like us to get in and we'll follow it exactly.

What products do you use? +

Eco-Logo certified products, which is the Canadian government's standard for non-toxic cleaners. They work, and they don't leave your kitchen smelling like a chemical fog for the rest of the afternoon — which matters if you've got small kids or a dog who licks the floor.

If there's something specific you'd rather we used on a particular surface, leave it out and we'll use yours instead.

What if something isn't cleaned properly? +

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. There's no form to fill out and no argument about whether it counts.

What areas do you serve? +

All of Toronto — Downtown, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, East York and York, plus Forest Hill, Rosedale, Lawrence Park and Leaside. If you're just outside the city, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you rather than booking you in and cancelling later.
