Frequently asked questions

What are your qualifications and experience?

Our team members have at least 5 years of experience, are all thoroughly vetted through test cleans, reference authentication, etc. to ensure our standard of quality is met every time. All of our team members undergo background checks, regular quality-assurance reviews, and cleaning safety guidelines.

Do I Save When I book repeated cleanings?

Yes! We offer discounts on EVERY VISIT after the initial one if you book a periodic cleaning option. Our recurring cleans are up to 50% lower than the initial!

Can I cancel or re-schedule?

Of course! We don't have any contracts, so you can cancel anytime you want as long as it is 24 hours before your scheduled arrival, otherwise a fee will apply.

Rescheduling follows the same timeline however we will generally not charge a fee unless any expenses are incurred due to the scheduled cleaning.

Is MyCleanHaven environmentally friendly?

Yes, we are committed to using non-toxic, plant-based cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. We primarily use Benefect products which are ECOLOGO certified. By prioritizing sustainability, we deliver a thorough clean while minimizing our environmental impact.

What areas do you serve?

Can I book same day cleanings?

Yes! You can book same day cleanings via phone call, however we can not guarantee we are able to. Same day cleanings MUST be booked before 11:00AM. Call us at (647) 370-8748 for a free quote.
