We're on a mission to change the industry of house cleaning. We believe that the quality of cleaning, personal interactions, and bond is missing with the majority of cleaning companies. There is not enough pride being taken in people's work and we do not believe in that. That's why we use 100% all natural cleaning products, offer 24/7 communication as well as our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and make it our top priority to check in with our clients after every cleaning.

Our Story

At the heart of MyCleanHaven lies a story that resonates with many families across Toronto. Our owner, Ty Luepann, grew up in a bustling household where cleanliness and health were paramount. With two parents, two siblings, and two dogs, Ty witnessed firsthand, his mother's relentless effort to maintain a clean and healthy home. Day after day, Ty watched his mother tirelessly clean, sacrificing her personal time and energy to ensure a clean & tidy living environment for her family. This dedication, while admirable, came at a cost – the loss of precious moments for relaxation, self-care, and the pursuit of personal hobbies.

Inspired by his mother's unwavering commitment and recognizing a widespread need, Ty founded MyCleanHaven in 2024 at the age of 20. With his partner's and his mother's support, who now help manage the back-end operations, Ty set out to revolutionize home cleaning services in Central Toronto with the goal to expand into more communities soon.

MyCleanHaven was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to help parents, especially mothers, who are caught in the never-ending cycle of household chores, take back their time. We understand the value of a clean home, but we also believe in the importance of personal time as well as family moments & memories. Our mission goes beyond just cleaning homes; we aim to create clean havens of peace and comfort, allowing families to focus on what truly matters – spending quality time together and pursuing personal passions. With every home we clean, we're not just tidying spaces; we're giving the gift of time, relaxation, and a better quality of life.

Since June of 2024, MyCleanHaven has served and helped hundreds of clients throughout Toronto reclaim their time.
