East York is full of people who just bought their first house. Often it's a century home, often the previous owners weren't especially tidy, and often the first thing anyone wants is a proper reset before the furniture goes in.
Our cleaner knows our home better than we do at this point.
Those houses need care. Original trim, plaster walls, hardwood that's been down for eighty years — none of that responds well to being attacked with something harsh. We use Eco-Logo certified products throughout and do more by hand than a newer house would need.
After the reset, most people settle into every-two-weeks and stop thinking about it. Your team stays the same, so by the third visit they already know that you prefer unscented products, or that the back bedroom needs the extra time.
Whichever you book, it's the same people, the same checklist and the same guarantee. If you're not sure which fits, tell us what's going on and we'll say what we actually think.

See what's includedWe just moved into our first house and the previous owners weren't exactly tidy. MyCleanHaven did an incredible move-in deep clean and then set us up on a bi-weekly schedule. Couldn't be happier.
I work long hours and the last thing I want to do on weekends is scrub floors. MyCleanHaven gives me that time back — and the house always looks and smells incredible when I get home.
Our cleaner knows our home better than we do at this point. She remembers that we prefer unscented products, always folds the towels a specific way, and never misses a corner. Absolute 5 stars.
Tell us about your place and one of us will call you back to talk it through and price it properly — usually the same day. No contract, and $50 off your first clean.
If you're nearby but not listed, call us — we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
With a move-in clean before the furniture arrives, if you can get access — an empty house is the only time the cupboard interiors, the window tracks and the walls are genuinely reachable. After that, a routine schedule keeps it there.
Yes. Tell us on the first visit and it goes in your notes permanently. Plenty of our East York clients are sensitive to fragrance, and it's an easy thing for us to get right.
It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. We quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator — a few questions about your place, then a real number, usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean.
Most of our clients aren't. Leave a key or an access code and we'll store it securely and follow your instructions exactly. You'll get a message when the team arrives and a summary when they're done.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. No form, no argument about whether it counts.
Tell us about your home and one of us will call you back with a real number — usually the same day. The quote costs nothing and there's nothing to sign.
