The Beaches is one of the most lived-in neighbourhoods we serve. Families here are outside constantly — the Boardwalk, the park, the beach itself — and that means sand, dog hair and general wear that a weekly tidy-up can't keep up with on its own.
Between the sand, the dog and three kids in and out all summer, our floors needed real help.
Routine cleaning every two weeks is the most common schedule, with a lot of clients booking more frequently through summer when the traffic through the house picks up. We pay close attention to entryways and floors, since that's where the neighbourhood's outdoor life ends up.
Several Beaches clients also use us for seasonal deep cleans — once before summer really gets going, and again in the fall once things settle down.
Whichever you book, it's the same people, the same checklist and the same guarantee. If you're not sure which fits, tell us what's going on and we'll say what we actually think.

I book a deep clean every spring before the season really starts and it sets the whole house up right. This year I finally switched to routine cleaning too and don't know why I waited.
They're great about the entryway and floors specifically, which is exactly where we needed the most help living two blocks from the boardwalk.

It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. We quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator — a few questions about your place, then a real number, usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean.

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. No form, no argument about whether it counts.
