Routine cleaning
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds made — the things that come back no matter how tidy you are. Most High Park clients settle on bi-weekly.

High Park families tend to have a specific pattern: kids, at least one dog, and a house that gets real use every single day. Muddy boots, dog hair, a kitchen that sees three meals cooked in it — the mess isn't neglect, it's just a full life.
Between the dog, the kids and the park mud, our floors needed more than a weekly vacuum.
A routine clean every one or two weeks keeps that under control without anyone having to think about it. We handle floors, kitchen, bathrooms and the general reset, and pay particular attention to pet hair and high-traffic entryways since that's usually what people care about most here.
Everything we use is Eco-Logo certified, which matters to a lot of clients in this area given how much time the dog — and often the kids — spend on the floor.
Whichever you book, it's the same people, the same checklist and the same guarantee. If you're not sure which fits, tell us what's going on and we'll say what we actually think.

They're thorough with the entryway and mudroom every time without me having to ask, which is exactly the part I always used to skip myself.
Eco-friendly products were non-negotiable for us with a toddler crawling everywhere. MyCleanHaven delivers on that and the place still looks great.

If you're nearby but not listed, call us — we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.
Yes — it's one of the most common requests in this area. Tell us to focus on entryways, mudrooms and pet hair and we'll make sure it's part of every visit, not just an occasional extra.
If the house has been well kept, routine is fine from day one. If it's a resale that needs a reset, a deep clean first means every routine visit after actually stays caught up.
It depends on the size of your home, how often you want us, and what kind of clean you're after. We quote over a short phone call rather than an online calculator — a few questions about your place, then a real number, usually the same day. New clients get $50 off that first clean.
Most of our clients aren't. Leave a key or an access code and we'll store it securely and follow your instructions exactly. You'll get a message when the team arrives and a summary when they're done.
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it, free. If you're still not happy after that, we refund the clean. No form, no argument about whether it counts.
